I began my career as a Sales Assistant, supporting New Home Advisors by greeting and qualifying prospective buyers,
coordinating appointments, providing construction updates, maintaining model home presentation, and completing data entry and reporting
in Salesforce CRM. After being promoted to New Home Advisor, I assumed full responsibility for the end-to-end client experience,
guiding buyers from their first visit through contract, design selections, construction milestones, and final closing. Operating without a
supporting assistant, I managed contract generation, CRM documentation, and cross-functional coordination with design, construction, lending,
and title partners. Throughout my tenure, I consistently exceeded sales goals while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience.
